About Me

I started my yoga journey by going to Bikram once a week back in 2005 and have since explored Hatha, Anusara, QiYoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Rocket.


After a few years of weekly yoga classes, in 2011, I attended my first teacher training. I didn’t attend it with the intention of becoming a teacher, I was just hoping to deepen my own personal practice. For 2 weekends I was immersed in master classes, meditations and yoga philosophies that left me relaxed, energised and inspired! 

Then in 2013 I discovered Ashtanga. Thinking I was fit, I jumped into a full primary class. Boy was I surprised! As I lay in savasana totally humbled I found a relaxing and soothing sensation wash over me and I decided I needed this to happen to me more and thus began my journey with the practice.

A year later, I did the 200 hrs. Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training with The Yoga People (500 RYT certified yoga teachers specialised in Ashtanga Vinyasa and the disciplines of Yin, Tripsichore, Mandala and Rocket yoga) and have not looked back. I have worked at various studios in SW London and specialised in vinyasa flow and teen yoga whilst there.

Then before I had my daughter, I undertook prenatal training with Yoga Mama which softened my practice and made me more aware of the adaptations needed for my personal practice to continue and to enable me to teach women in this stage of their lives. Finally- whilst pregnant with my son- I trained to teach postnatal yoga with Birthlight.


More recently I undertook my kids yoga training and now offer classes to children aged 2-12, ensuring each class includes fun, calming techniques and  incorporates the curriculum where possible. I now teach  all these disciplines in and around Berkshire at local schools, preschools, gyms, cosy halls and from home.

I love how the practice makes me feel physically invigorated and mentally calm. Time is precious and my  classes are designed to make the most of your time. I have a dynamic, flow-based practice designed as a one-stop-shop for aching bodies craving a good stretch & workout whilst alleviating students’ stressed-out, frazzled minds. I also offer more gentle, holistic classes to tune in to what my client(s) need. I have a very real approach to teaching yoga. My aim is to help my students experience grace and acceptance in the moment and work with where they are. 

As well as my regular scheduled classes, I also offer affordable private 1-2-1 sessions & corporate group classes - please contact me for more information.
