Group Classes

A yoga flow class using creative sequencing and breath to open up your body and mind.


Using the breath and the bandhas to guide us on the mat we will work on themed sequences (hips, shoulders etc) often building up to a peak pose, closing with a yoga nidra relaxation.


This mindful yet energising practise is the perfect counterbalance to the busyness of life.  


In all classes, I always offer modifications  and props so you can tune in to what is best for you at any given moment and up your practices in kramas (stages). I encourage working with sensitivity and sensibility, always listening to your body and staying within your own ability and comfort zone, though we will explore your edges.


These classes are designed to be fun and social and the aim is to make the practise of yoga accessible and enjoyable. 

All materials and props provided though you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. These classes are simulcast so if you cannot make it live,  the option to join online or have a recording is also there.

What to Expect


Learn to calm the mind with the breath, meditation and movement for a wonderful night's sleep.


 Yoga promotes better self-care. You will learn to listen to your body and give It what It needs. This is the  time to invest in yourself, self-care is never wasted, it is always a worthwhile investment.

Health Benefits

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga can also ease discomfort in the body. Numerous studies show yoga’s benefits in arthritis, osteopenia, balance issues, oncology, women’s health, chronic pain and other specialties.

Kate is a wonderful yoga teacher. She has incredible knowledge and expertise in yoga and imparts this knowledge in a warm, clear and direct manner that puts you at ease instantly.

Yoga does not come naturally to me at all, but her classes always include great demonstrations, relaxation techniques and options for every level in the room. You also notice demonstrable improvements week on week.
