This class is a slow- to medium-paced flow designed to balance your physical and mental strength and find long-lasting stability, clarity, and mobility. The Slow Flow will consist of creative sequencing, essential modifications and prop use and mindfulness so you truly embody your practice.By slowing down you will be able to start listening a little more carefully to what your inner voice is saying, find you move more mindfully and sustainably to suit what your body really needs. 


To end class, the final relaxation will release any remaining tension trapped in the body or mind and help you assimilate the benefits of this beautiful practice. The classes are designed to be fun and social, even on Zoom!

Teen & KIDS Yoga 

A yoga class is the perfect pause in between the hectic worlds of school, friends, playing sport and studying hard.

I offer classes for those age 3+ in the local community.

postnatal YOGA

Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga classes are a mix of fully interactive yoga between mama and baby, baby yoga, and
strengthening postnatal safe yoga for mamas. The classes are fun, relaxing, give you a good stretch, help improve the health of your pelvic floor, and build strength in your entire body.
Classes are suitable from when your baby is six weeks old to pre-walkers.
