Learn breath, meditation and visualizations to keep you calm and centered and avoid injury.
Learn functional movement for everyday life (how to get up, how to lift, how to sit, how to lie) adapt to your ever changing body.
Learn alignment to help ease pelvic girdle and ligament pain.
Actively prepare your body for labour with wonderful flows for each trimester and learn active birthing poses that will ease baby’s passage into the world,
Classes are safe and gentle with flowing sequences that focus on creating space for your growing baby and strengthening you to carry your baby in comfort.
You will get the chance to connect with other mums on the same journey and I will provide all equipment, drinks and a snack.
Evening classes are by candle light and include soothing music in the background. Classes will include all equipment you need but do bring extra pillows and a blanket for extra comfort during final relaxation.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks up to labour.
