I specialize in teaching private 1:1 and group yoga in West Berkshire. I also offer online private yoga via Zoom for those who travel frequently or live abroad.
We’ll meet for an hour at a time convenient for you in the comfort of your own home or workplace if you prefer. I’ll take you through from not moving at all, if that is your current state, to integrating yoga into your life so that you have the tools and confidence to practice on your own whether at home, at work or on holiday. We’ll laser focus in on your needs, challenges and goals and help you get effective results based on your current condition and your schedule.
What to Expect
Get a fully individualised class that is tailored specifically to your goals. Together we can plan routines that incorporate the poses you want and help you work towards your desired objectives.
The class is planned to meet you where you are at, whereas in group classes you'll find you need to alter yourself to meet the class, this class will be tailored fully to meet your needs and abilities.
Gain that initial experience and confidence in your practice, as well as individualised modification throughout, in a safer, smaller setting before progressing to a larger group class you feel comfortable in.
