Come and find the space to celebrate and support your pregnancy and ever-changing body. This specialist yoga practice is tailored to this unique time in your life. It will help you learn safe, conscious, healthy movements, mindful meditation and breathwork techniques to help ease any discomfort encountered in pregnancy, whilst helping you prepare your body and mind for a stress-free labour. Suitable from 12 weeks or after your first Dr check if ok'd by your physician. Instructions Mats, blocks and straps will be provided but bring your own if preferred. Bring water, a pillow (or 3) and blanket for an extra lovely and propped final relaxation Ample parking at back of venue. Toilets and fully equipped kitchen at venue too. A small snack and drink will be provided as part of class so do let me know if you have any food allergies.
