Hypopressives or Low Pressure Fitness is a series of exercises that use breath and postural techniques to safely restore your pelvic health whilst training and strengthening your deepest core muscles. 

The apnea /false inhale -combined with specific postures- decreases intra-abdominal pressure and recruits the deepest muscles of the core.

The program improves posture, abdominal resting tone, helps in the prevention of hernias, improves athletic performance and quality of life. I offer hypoppressives as  a 1:1 program tailored to your specific needs so you can breathe better, move better, feel better and get stronger.
